  • Review what you already have in place. Provide a personalized checklist of recommended documents:

    • Will or Trust
      Durable Power of Attorney

    • Healthcare Directive / Living Will
      HIPAA Authorization

    • Final Disposition Instructions
      Guardianship Designations (if applicable)

    • Beneficiary Designations (for life insurance, IRAs, etc.)
       

3. Attorney Referrals (If Needed)

  • Help you understand when an attorney is needed

  • Provide referrals to trusted estate planning attorneys

  • Offer support to prepare for your appointment with them (you’ll walk in confident and organized)

  • Help you list and plan for your digital assets (email, social media, financial accounts, etc.)

  • Identify what should be included in your estate plan regarding online accounts

  • Discuss secure storage and access methods for digital information
     

5. Password & Account Organization

  • Work with you to create a master list of important accounts and logins

  • Explore secure password management options (digital or hard copy)

  • Help you designate a digital executor, if appropriate
     

6. Final Wishes & End-of-Life Preferences

  • Document your funeral or memorial service preferences

  • Record burial, cremation, or donation wishes

  • Help draft a letter of instruction or legacy message for loved ones
     

7. One-on-One, Compassionate Support
